Were they previously in a pattern of movement? Normally your midwife will have given you a leaflet on what to do. If call maternity triage personally if I want sure what the local guidance is and they will let you know.

Go and get yourself checked first thing tomorrow. Don't go into work until you have it sorted.

You aren't suppose to feel consistent movements until 28 weeks, as at 22 weeks the baby still has room to turn around so you can't feel them move. However it is better to contact your midwife and get checked out just to confirm the baby is turned in such a way you can't feel them.

Please next time post as soon as you notice something not right as this could have been dealt with today and cleared up your anxiety.

Btw I had similar at the same time period, but mine happened 2 days before a consultant's appointment so I got checked at the appointment. Baby then decided to change position with the midwife prodding and start kicking.

I had this at the weekend, Friday/Saturday no movement (I was 23 weeks on Sunday). II also couldn't work out whether to called triage or not but Sunday she was back to her usual wriggly self. Let us know what triage say xx
