Is this likely? Ds is now 21 months and I still have twinges now and again, but I'm wondering is it likely to go the same way again?

Yes, me. But I worked like crazy on my core lower abdominals to stabilize and mobilise my spine (try Pilates).

Can't reassure you I'm afraid - have been much worse this time. But as Frogs says doing exercises like a loon does help a lot. I saw a physio this time around and went from hobbling like an old woman at 30 weeks to a vast improvement at 35 weeks - just from exercising! I will definitely be keeping it up after the birth!
