So much pain

Advice please, I'm in so much pain!

26 weeks pregnant, cat has been put to sleep today so went to bed for a 30 min cry. I think I let myself get too hungry, got up with what feels like trapped wind, ate something and now it's 10 times worse.

DH has taken DS out to park and I am laying on the floor with a peppermint tea desperately trying to shift it - every position I move to seems to make it worse. I also have SPD so lying on my back is agony.

One minute its moving down and feels like its on the way out, the next it's back under my ribs and feels like heartburn. I'm not sure if I am going to vomit or fart.

I know baby is finne as I can feel him kicking - any ideas to shift it?

Sorry for any spelling errors typing with 1 finger.....

Sorry to read you're in so much pain. Is it something that Gaviscon might be able to help with? Not sure if it's allowed in pregnancy. Hope it eases soon x

Milk really helped me with heartburn when I was pregnant. I hope you feel better soon

Windeze is suitable to take in pregnancy, it works well, if it is trapped wind
