Have as much sex as you can. Every other day from your period until your fertile week then every day during. Get some conception friendly lube and don't worry about impressing each other, just get the job done. Worked for us, not sure we could have sustained it in the long term though, it's a lot of mechanical sex. The conception board will give you good advice on how to track your cycles. Good luck

Relax, take pregnancy vitamins inc folic acid, relax, lose a bit of weight if you're a bit over or put a bit on if you're a bit thin, relax and relax
Good luck!

Book a holiday to Disneyland for your birthday. Worked for me, won’t be able to go on any of the rides though 😂

We weren't trying too hard. Just regular sex (we did make it fun though 😉) and took 6 months which is about right from what I've read.

I don't have any tips so to say, didn't try long with DD1 or this one but i did start taking folic acid and vit D tablets a month or two before trying this time. Had sex every two days around ovulation and fell pregnant the first month. X

Don't think about it, eat well, loose a bit of weight and exercise!!

We'd be ttc for almost 1 year and had convinced ourselves there was something wrong. We'd basically put our lives on hold, I'd been tracking my cycles, temping, ovulation sticks, timing dtd etc but nothing. It was starting to get to us both emotionally and causing friction between us so decided to stop ttc for a couple of months, book a holiday and book appointments to see the GP re conception issues. It was also a time when I had a busy (physically) month or so at work which meant I was exercising more than normal and eating better and led to me losing almost a stone. The day I had my GP appointment I did a test and got my 1st ever bfp. Couldn't believe it!

We were trying for a year and I had an appointment the month after to discuss fertility and options..

I overhauled my diet and limited alcohol, started to run, yoga to relax, pregnancy vitamins. Sex every other day on the week of ovulation, the evening before actually ovulating we dtd late the evening before and around 6am on the morning. I lay with my legs in the air for 30 mins after Blush

Currently 31 weeks pregnant Grin

We were ttc for 3 years and a day away from handing in IVF consent forms when our BFP happened.
The month we were successful we dtd every day during my fertile window (in the morning as I heard sperm swim faster) and used clear blue dual ovulation tests to find out when the high fertility and peak days were.
We also had a long weekend away during that time and just enjoyed ourselves (lots of drinking and bad food involved as well as sex 🙈)
Best of luck and hope you get your BFP soon!

I stopped using hormonal contraception more than a year before ttc, had mirena coil that expired and decided to not go on the pill or get another one in so my hormones could regulate. We used condoms until ready which was after our honeymoon (DH idea so I could do everything we wanted to do... and drink).

When on honeymoon we decided to start then, handy that I was due to ovulate half way through our 2 week trip. We thought we'd be having loads of sex anyway and we were so relaxed and enjoying ourselves. And that's when it happened :) found out about a week and half after we got back.
