Can anyone else see faint lines on these tests? Or do I have line eyes!?

All FMU today.

I can. When i got lines like that on those test, even less actually i had to put them up to the window to see, it the same day i got a clear positive on the pink first response.

I never understand these posts because people are asking if there's a line and there's very obviously a big red line? (Never been pregnant and never took a test lol sorry I know nothing about pregnancy etc).

If you mean is there anything to the left of the big red line... I can see three faint dots. Hope that helps xx

Hey @Blondie789 the red line on the right of the test is called the control line which means the test has worked. If you are pregnant you will see another line to the left of that line which is the test line. How dark the line is depends on how much HCG (pregnancy hormone) you have in your urine. I think I can see a very faint line so just wanted to see if anyone else could!

Faint tests like that are never, ever “definitely positive!”
They may well turn into a positive, and here’s hoping.

I another test this evening, this one is Sainsbury's own. Have also drunk quite a bit of water today so surprised there is even the faintest line there but Im sure I can definitely see it! Should have mentioned AF was due 3 days ago, I thought if it were positive it would be darker by now..

As for the darkness of your test, I would worry about that just yet.

The cheap tests are pretty reknowned for being quite light. And the Sainsbury test has picked up something despite it being in the afternoon and it being diluted urine due to drinking fluids, so I think that all sounds about right.

Hi @JustVent thanks for your reply! I did anther this morning and the line looks the same (maybe even slightly lighter!)
Probably will get a different brand of test today and see how that goes, wonder if it's worth trying a digital? X

Congratulations! That's definitely a positive. I tested with those tests first and mine were very faint too so I used a digital and it flashed up pregnant 1-2 weeks. Definitely get s digital. Something satisfying about seeing the actual word.
