Rhesus negative pregnancies with toddlers

I’m trying to conceive at the moment and am becoming increasingly aware of how often my toddler bashes me in the stomach/jumps on me etc. With my first pregnancy the midwives drummed into me the need to go in for the anti-d injections with any fall or knock. I was very careful but did need to go in after a fall. How on earth does this work when you have other children? In the last week alone my toddler has jumped on my stomach multiple times and surely you can’t keep going in for the injections? I’d just be really interested to see how others struck a balance or got their boisterous toddlers to avoid their stomachs?
