I am currently suffering from terrible anxiety anyway (this is my first pregnancy at 39 -18 weeks pregnant) and feeling worried about everything but this has sent my anxiety stratospheric! I can't stop stressing about my baby's developing brain and whether I may have damaged it. Can anyone with a biological/scientific/medicial background give me any reassurance? Thanks!
