Movements at 18 weeks

I’m 18+5 and have been feeling little movements since 16 weeks. The past couple of days however, she’s been really quiet. Have tried cold drinks and laying on side etc but can’t feel her. Should I be worried or is still too early for regularity at this stage?

Most people don't even start to notice movements until after 20 weeks. Don't worry.

It's too early - she has a lot of space to move around so may just be poking a bit of you where you can't feel her instead. Try not to worry x

I'm 18 weeks and have been feeling flutters

Had an ultrasound at 17+3, baby wiggling around everywhere and didn't feel anything😅

So it's normal

I was told by midwives that they don’t start looking for regular movement pattern until 24 weeks and don’t start monitoring until 28 weeks but if you’re concerned at all I’d always suggest calling our midwife / labour ward for advise 🙂
