Thanks ladies, will see what happens tomorrow. I hope it's just the end of a surge, just seems quite early at 6 weeks, and with the cramping it just smacks of last MC. Have got some codeine, but not had any yet as I want to feel if it gets any worse.

rdm10 · 24/06/2018 21:29

@clairehr sorry you’re having a worrying time, hopefully all will be ok tomorrow x

We told my family today, earlier than we planned (I’m only 5+4) but my family we’re altogether and it’s doesnt happen very often. Seems scarier now, there’s more people to get upset if anything goes wrong.

Anyone else get aches and pains so early on? Had the family round for a bbq today and although I didn’t do anything strenuous just being on my feet all day has left me with achey legs and real pains (like I’ve pulled a muscle) in my lower stomach. This pregnancy after mc stuff is so scary.

hayleyfx · 24/06/2018 21:29

@clairehr I hope everything is okay hun. Sending hugs Flowers

Primrose16 · 24/06/2018 21:50

Thinking of you @clairehr

Primrose16 · 24/06/2018 21:52

I was talking to my sister yesterday. I still haven’t told Work yet as I’m not right bothered to be fair. Said to her I will wait until they notice. She said that won’t be king then 🙈 cheeky

peachesarenom · 25/06/2018 00:03

Good luck for tomorrow clairehr I hope you get good news. Lots of hugs xxx

I’m worried now. The pain in my lower stomach is still there. It started yesterday like a muscle pull after a really busy weekend but now it’s more like a constant tightening. My legs and back are also aching- which might be related to doing too much but is also af related so I’m of course thinking the worse. Feeling sicker than ever today so I’m trying to look for positives but struggling. There’s no point going to epau as they probably can’t see anything at 5+5 so just waiting it out ☹️

leanne9312 · 25/06/2018 08:45

@rdm10 they might be able to see something u never know, give them a call and see what they think xx

craftymum01 · 25/06/2018 09:06

@rdm10 I had that after I walked too far a couple of days ago. I was really stiff and it hurt to stand and move around. The muscles under my stomach were really tight and uncomfortable. I had eased by the next day. Sickness is a good sign

Alicejj8x · 25/06/2018 09:20

@rdm10
I've had scans from 4 weeks and they can see things developing. When I had my scan at 5 weeks they could see all they needed too Hun so maybe worth going

clairehr · 25/06/2018 10:24

All good ladies!! Squidge's heart is beating away happily! So relieved!

Alicejj8x · 25/06/2018 10:28

@clairehr ahh I am so happy for you lovely!

kaytees · 25/06/2018 10:31

@clairehr I'm so glad, was thinking of you this morning! It's so hard when symptoms aren't consistent. Hope you can relax a little now x

Wiggle4 · 25/06/2018 12:06

@rdm10 I had similar pains when running a week or so ago and rang the midwife and she said it sounded like I had pulled something and rest did the job and it was fine a couple of days later. Always worth asking the question though!

I've got midwife tomorrow at 15 + 4 so I'm really hoping she'll do the heartbeat with doppler as the 12 week scan feels like it was so long ago now!

3 people at work today have touched or poked my belly today.....I don't know how I feel about this 🤔 anyone else had the unasked touching?!

hayleyfx · 25/06/2018 15:43

@clairehr that’s amazing! Huge congrats 😊

I’m 7+6 and the sickness is really kicking in now. Was so violently sick this morning that it was coming out of my nose 🤣 (sorry tmi) then embarrassed myself by vomiting at my midwife appointment! Hope it’s a good sign though haha 🙈

leanne9312 · 25/06/2018 16:34

@clairehr great news congratulations !!

rdm10 · 25/06/2018 17:11

Thanks ladies. It’s settled a bit now, hopefully was just a muscle pull. I’m going to have a really lazy evening (if da will let me!?) and hope the rest helps. I’m booked in for an early scan next Friday so if it doesn’t get any worse I’ll try and wait till then.

@clairehr so glad you got to see a heartbeat!

RedRobin7 · 25/06/2018 17:33

@clairehr Pleased to hear everything is okay! ❤️

@hayleyfx That's definitely a good sign! I'm really praying for sickness as I had no symptoms last time. I'm an awful sick person, I'm always sick out of my nose 🙈😂

@rdm10 Rest up, hopefully that's all it is xx

Had to leave work today and work from home because my office got to 31 degrees. Didn't notice anyone else leaving but in my head I have every right to, even if they don't know I'm pregnant yet. Last thing I need is a thumping headache and feeling dehydrated. Do pregnant women have rights in this situation? Obviously I don't until I tell them.

clairehr · 25/06/2018 17:40

Thank you all for being so supportive!

I know it doesn't look like much but this right here is mine 😍 I'm a little bit in love right now!

Hope everyone doing ok today, I'm spreading a whole load of positivity over the group!

RedRobin7 · 25/06/2018 17:57

@clairehr That's so lovely to see! Thanks for sharing. How many weeks & days are you now? I'm sure you've said below but I am rubbish at remembering!

clairehr · 25/06/2018 18:04

@RedRobin7 I'm 6+1 with baby measuring exactly that at 4.6mm. Sooo tiny, but so special!

Primrose16 · 25/06/2018 18:13

@clairehr that’s great news
