Aromatherapy roll ons safe?

Just wondering are the roll on sticks such as Neil's yard sleeptime safe to use whilst pregnant? I know aromatherapy massages and the like are sometimes off limits and oils in baths ie large volumes. But the roll ons use such tiny quantities... so are they safe?
It really helps me relax and sleep so would be lost without it and it would be a very long 9months without it!

For anyone reading this I have responses from Tisserand and Neil's Yard.

Tisserand: Our pulse point roller balls are absolutely fine to use after the first trimester of pregnancy.
We advise that they are not used in the first trimester.

Neil's yard: "The Study and Travel Remedies to roll remedies are contra indicated during pregnancy, but not the other ones. This (the relaxation and night time one) remedy to roll has been assessed as not being contra indicated during pregnancy. My advise would be to stick to the pulse points, since it is a small area.
