Self referrals worries

Long story short. I moved last year and didnt register at my local GP.
Roll on May, I find out I'm pregnant. Sonu called my old GP who told me I couldn't use them anymore due to being out of the area and to self refer and gave me the midwives outpatient unit number.
Called them, explained I didn't have a GP and they booked me on their appointments for a GP local to me, and call back if I couldn't get in. Fortunately the new GP did take me in!

And now I'm worrying that, that went too smoothly and when I go on Thursday for my 8 weeks (and first appointment) ... Joined gonna be there and there's no record!

I called the new GP today to soothe my worry and they have my personal note of the appointment from I originally called but no note from the midwife.

I'm naturely wary of 'human error' in any customer service area since 9 times out of 10 thing go wrong ....

I didn't even have a GP for my 8 week appointment. Self referred for midwife and then registered with GP after 8 week appointment. I think you'll be fine x
