I sent off my application on the 19th of may which was a Saturday and I received a text on the 26th of may saying they have received it and I will receive a letter within 10 working days ...it has been 6 working days since that date as they text me on a weekend and it was bank holiday the following Monday so it's been 6 out of 10 days ...I know some will say well it's not been 10 days but isn't that just what they say to cover themselves so they have enough time or will bank holiday just gone of thrown it back a couple days also? Really worried I won't get it I'm on income support and his is my first baby 🤔 I have everything brought for the baby now apart from a bouncer and just a few bits for her room and was going to use this ...has anyone ever had it take the full 10 days?
