Hello everyone. I very recently came of the pill to ttc.. I had the breakthrough bleed on May 12th it was finished by May 16th. From the 17th to the 23rd me and my partner had sex and then again on the 26th.. I felt slight cramping and a very slight stab feeling in one side.. Not sure if this could of been implantation? I then waited until the 31st before testing. The first test was a cheap one from online and instantly it came up with a very faint positive.. Which I was shocked by.. so I tested the next two days after that and had a negative result.. I have had cramping for the last 3 days (June 4th) I was told to test at the times that I did and told that with clearblue I'd get a result now so today I tested again but with a clearblue digital which took a while for the result to come through and eventually it read the words "not pregnant" I'm so confused as I'm not sure when my period is due to know if I have missed it.. Being told that clearblue can test this early and then reading some people getting the same result and then finding out that they were pregnant. I'm just so confused. I've really felt different recently.. Is there much point in testing again in a week or two? I just can't understand the positive result on the cheapy test.. It definitely was not an evap line as it came through as quickly as it did.. Any advice or insight us greatly appreciated. Can't seem to find anything online.. Thankyou xx

Did you have a period before TTC? It sounds way too early to test TBH.

So your stabbing pain might have been ovulation rather than implantation, in which case you would need to wait 2 weeks from that date to test unless your period arrives.

Everything crossed for you, I think you need to give it another week though :)

Thankyou for replying so quickly! I wasn't sure if I'd have much luck on here. I figured it might of been too early!! I did have that faint line which I also thought was early. I was told a clearblue would show up now.. Which I didn't think sounded accurate. So I may still be in luck. I really hope so.... Thanks again :)

I didn't have a normal period after coming off the pill. We pretty much for started straight away after my breakthrough bleed. X

We waited a month before starting. It's ideal to have a period in terms of dating I think.

I completely agree. It all just kind of happened and at the time I didn't even think itd be best to wait until afterwards when I was having a look at posts online about it.... x

A little update on everything. I'm still experiencing the cramping feeling but I also have a calendar with all that goes on with my body and I actually worked out everything's a week later than I originally posted!! So definitely still in with a chance!

UPDATE : Creamy white CM.. Cramping almost gone and still no period... Still negative test results but holding out that it's still possibly too early. Feeling more tired than usual. Baby dust to all.. xx
