Hopefully not long to wait Smile
I love a good curry and I'd be looking at any excuse for a takeaway curry!!!!!!!

It could be but sometimes a sweep causes this to happen for a while and then it all goes away again. Keep an eye on it and see what happens. Fingers crossed.

Try seeing an osteopath, acupuncturist or reflexologist who specialises in “inducing” labour.

I was 41 weeks, baby 2/5 engaged, cervix looked closed for business, and they were determined to induce me the next day (creeping high BP).
Had a sweep- nothing. Midwife said she’d see me for an induction sooner or later, no way would the baby come before 42 weeks.

Went to see my osteo who did some reflexology that night, and a bit of gentle manipulation of my pelvis (I had pelvic problems throughout my pregnancy) / encouraged baby to engage a bit deeper (all very gentle, working with my body with very light touches, nothing in any way dangerous). . She said to tell my partner to stay home the next day- baby would be here within 24 hours. I was in active labour 6 hours later, and gave birth- entirely naturally, and very joyfully, 8 hours after that.

If you’re in London, I can hook you up with my labour fairy godmother :)

Oh wow that sounds great shame we dont have anything like that around here or id defo give it a try heard a lot about acupuncture too. Ive had the same problem with my pelvis its been awful glad it worked for you being induced isn't the nicest and just not natural
