Hi, I've now had 3 miscarriages and I'm going to speak my GP about it. I have seen a few people mention progesterone and wanted to hear from anyone taking it and if it made a difference etc. The nurse also told me after doing an internal scan that my uteras is tilted x

The GP should send you to your local hospital to see a specialist for testing - recurrent miscarriage isn't something they should handle for themselves. The hospital should do testing, mostly of your bloods but also an ultrasound to check for physical issues (but a tilted uterus shouldn't cause miscarriage). I'm sorry for your losses.
