Headaches 19 weeks

I am 19 weeks pregnant and I have headaches at the front of my head and tension on each side and behind my eyes, I drink at least 4 litres of water a day do u think I should ring my midwife xx

I'm 16 week and I've been getting the same I've been using 4head which has been helping x

Oh has it? Ok I'll give that a try it might be all this hot weather aswell x

Yes checked with pharmacist aswell that it was safe to use and it is think it may be I've had quite bad hayfever aswell don't think that's helping lol x

I had those horrible headaches a few weeks ago. .. luckily they only lasted a a fortnight on and off and I've had none since. A cold flannel on my forehead and a lie down helped but paracetamol didn't touch them. I sympathise - they are horrible!

I'd rather not taking any medicine so hopefully they go soon it's only happened this past week xx

I'm struggling with daily headaches too it's awful isn't it. I've also used 4head and drank 1 can of coke which seems to help.
