Does anyone have contact details for the Brierley midwife group, running out of King's College Hospital in Camberwell.

I've heard great things about them and wanted to see if I could join their list - I've been warned to do this early - but I can't find a number for them anywhere

thanks

Try the community midwifery team: community midwifery service on 020 7346 3548. Sorry, thought I posted about this earlier - I had Oakwood team for my first baby and I think King's has some very innovative midwifery services going on (unlike Lewisham, where I moved to, pah).

Thanks

you may well have posted on this earlier - I haven't had a chance to go through everything yet but will take a look.

Sorry to hear that Lewisham isn't so good. A shame things are so inconsistent in this regard.

Well, as it happened I had a fantastic, amazing home birth with Lewisham community midwives for my second birth!

Sorry Motherpeculiar, don't know how I missed this.

I had my DS with Brierley - and I think I got their number from yellow pages! they are based in the old Dulwich hospital site at Kings.

They were good - some of the individual mws better than others, IMO.
