I found out I'm pregnant a few days ago, it's my first pregnancy and I'm a little bit overwhelmed with all the information online when I've googled questions.

I thought it would be good to have an app that updates you to the progress of the pregnancy and lets you know what you should be doing- diet, booking doctors appointments, that kind of thing.

Does anyone have a recommendation for an app? There are so many in the App Store but I have no idea which ones are good.

Book recommendations also helpful!
Thank you Smile

I don't use an app but I have a book called the Pregnancy Encyclopedia which is basically my bible. The Baby Centre website also has a lot of useful information.

Thank you! I've downloaded Ovia, it looks perfect.

@TinyTerror1 I looked for the book in library and local book shop and didn't see it but I'll seek it out online, thanks!
