Pelvic Arthropathy - anyone know about this?

Only nine weeks, having lots of pains in my hips and pelvis generally. Have heard of pelvic anthropathy causing problems with mobility in later pregnancy but wondering how early symptoms start? If anyone has been diagnosed with this and can tell me about it I'd be most grateful.
