Currently 29+3 with DD2 and I have a rather sizeable, fleshy lump under my arm. Could this be a swollen milk duct?
Strangely, when my mother was breastfeeding my younger brothers she used to be able to squeeze milk out of her armpit and now I am wondering whether it is a family trait!
Should I be worried?
