Skin to skin at prem birth

Hi

so I am having niggling feelings that my 3rd baby will be early I am currently 34 weeks and my 1st was born 38+6 and second 37+5.

I was just wondering if born before 37 weeks and the baby is obviously breathing well etc do they allow the 1 hour skin to skin post birth or do they automatically whisk baby away to do checks?

what were other peoples experiences post birth if the baby is prem but not drastically so?

My little girl was born at 36+1, we had skin to skin once she’d had a quick check. But it was literally a few mins check over if that. Then straight to me.
