So I'm currently on income support and living at home with my mum but my partners family who he lives with have offered me to move in with them as they have a lot more space ect but I said the only way this could happen is me to stop claiming benefits and obviously not claim when the baby is born also for her ..I know I won't be able to move in and still claim as my partner who lives there works full time over 45 hours a week and they both also have full time jobs aswell and the property is there's so would I be able to claim income support , child benefit and child tax credit or will they see it as because my partner works the benefits have to stop? please no one bash my situation about money I worked up untill 20 weeks and got kidney stones and my boss fired me because I had to take time off so this was unexpected and hard for me also

Yocwould be able to claim child benefit and possibly working tax credits and child tax credits depending on his income but definitely not income support. Although now it's universal credit anyway so that's all benefits into one

Have you seen CAB about being fired, you can't be fired for pregnancy related time off (kidney stones are more common in pregnancy).
