Twinges in lower right hand side of lady bits

Know is sounds weird but I’m 17 weeks today and this afternoon started getting sharp twinges every now and again down there, not all the time but maybe once every hour or so, does anyone know what this is or has had the same? Is it something I should be worried about?

I have no idea but I’m 17 weeks and have had the same today!! Really sharp at times.

Think they're called fanny daggers lol. Not sure what causes them but it's quite common.
