Nausea and Sickness... 24/7

Currently pregnant with baby no.4 (6-7weeks). Each pregnancy the nausea and Sickness has got worse. Last pregnancy I didn't see a go till 15 weeks, I should have gone a lot sooner but I didn't think he'd do anything.

But at what point do you go see them, I'm currently been sick 4/5/6 times a day, nausea all the time to the point I think I'm going to be sock, get to the bathroom and there's nothing. It's there when I get up in the night too. It's really affecting my day to day life, I'm on my own with my 3DCs most of them time and doing anything is so hard.

I've tried all different ways to help stop it but nothing seems to help and I feel worse than the previous day.

GO to the GP now! With 3 others to take care of 24hr sickness and nausea is really hard. I found the meds really helpful - they took away the constant nausea and reduced the sickness significantly. I think there are several options, so if one doesn't work , go back. Hope you feel better soon.

Thanks, I'll see if I can get someone to look after them tomorrow, I'd take my younger two but my eldest is 6 and has big ears and non of them know about the baby yet.

Definitely go to GP! It's very difficult to function with 24/7 nausea :-( you have my sympathies Flowers

Definitely go and see the GP ASAP, that isn't a normal level of nausea/vomiting for pregnancy so they should prescribe you something to help. Maybe have a read on Pregnancy Sickness Support website before you go about the commonly used drugs so you are ready to fight your corner if the GP is reluctant to give you anything.

Good luck, really hope you can improve things, must be so hard with 3 kids to look after!

Thankyou for your replies. I'm definately going today, last night was just awful. I had Cyclazine last pregnancy which worked but I wasn't this bad. I'll have a look at that thread Thank you.
