I'm 6+3 and starting bleeding last night, I passed some small clots too.. I know this isn't looking good from previous mc's. I rang epu this morning to see what I'd need to do and she told me to take a test, if it's positive to go in at 2pm today and if neg I don't need to go. But surely it will still show positive?
I'm trying to weigh up if it's worth my time going as the hospital is almost 2 hours travel from me and i really don't have the energy today..

Going to the hospital is unlikely to change the outcome one way or another, if you feel you need to go for your health then go, otherwise I think you may as well give it some time and see how you are Flowers

It would still show as pos I think bc you'll still have hcG in your bloodstream. Persists even after MC - which this is hooefully not.

If hosp is so far away I would leave it. When I had a big bleed with DD1 at exactly the same gestation the GP said to lie down. It would not make much difference but at least if the worst happened I would feel I jad been as careful as possible and couldn't have done more. Wise lady!

As it happened DD1 was just fine and I hope your baby is too

Thank you everyone. It's definitely going to happen. I'm going to stay home and rest, I'll take another test in a week or two xx

i would personally go hosp for an early internal scan, call 111 and they will make an appointment for you. My friend had bleeding around the same time, and she went and they did an internal scan and all was fine. They told her no point doing a test as you will still have HCG in your blood. you will probably be worrying and worrying when a scan could take away all of that stress xx
