As the title says really it comes and goes and some days i don't notice it. Been on and off for a week. Its not like inside its just below my urethra. No pain just uncomfortable and annoying. Baby often kicks or hits what feels like my urethra. SPD had got much worse since yesterday. 32+1 weeks pregnant. Is this normal? Didn't have this with my first.

I have had this a couple of times... Very strange feeling! Am a bit behind you at 30 weeks so maybe it will get worse!?

Glad to read I'm not alone. I thought something was wrong with me 🙈. Sitting is uncomfortable and walking is more so. It feels like something has been rubbing on it. Thats the only way i can describe it xx

Only thing I've tried is paracetamol Confused... No idea what else to try!!

I took some codine today for my SPD but that didn't stop the uncomfortable feeling down there. Baby is very active tonight, not seen my tummy move so much. She feels very close to my c section scar.
