Anyone used the thrush pessary and cream in first trimester?

The doctor prescribed it and after I used it I saw that there was a slight increase in miscarriage in a clinical trial!
I'm 11 +6.
Anyone else used this in the first trimester and it has been Ok?

It was great got rid of the thrush and not a problem.
Your GP wouldn’t prescribe it to you if the risks were high, also the itch would drive you insane if you don’t.
Natural yoghurt is meant to work though if you not comfortable using it, not sure about putting it inside though?!

It’s fine to use, insert the pessary with your fingers and not the applicator though

Yes I did. It was fine I just didn't insert it as high up as usual.

I've read a few threads on MN where pregnant women have left their thrush untreated for ages as they're too scared to use anything, which seems rather gross and unnecessary IMO.
