Faint line on IC....

I’m 39 years old, been TTC for DC2 for 3 years including 6 months on Clomid recently. This morning I got this result on an internet cheapie test within 3 minutes, AF is 3 days late. I can’t believe I’m here and asking this, is this a BFP?!
