Miscarriage or Implantation

Hi all,

I’m new here but need some advice please.

I am exactly 1 week late on AF.
Taken 2 tests so far negative...... one was this morning. So 11am comes and my back as aching like mad,normal tummy feeling I’ve had for few days and boobs still tender but I have bleeding...... started of just wiping pink blood, then a small red amount..... then through out the day it’s just been trickles of red and brown, pink when I wipe and not much else.
I to have seriously sweaty hot flushes though! Lol sorry if TMI!

I can’t see GP for 3 days but just wondering if it’s implantation or miscarriage. 😬 never had children before but been pregnant before..... can’t rememver having back ache though. It was a few years ago now.

Should I take another test in the morning (I only have 1 left at the mo)

Hard to say. I had some light spotting on day 30 of my cycle which I thought at the time was the beginning of my period (I often had spotting one or two days beforehand and my cycle was 28-32 days). On day 33 my period hadn't appeared so I took a test which came back negative. I "felt" pregnant though so I stopped drinking and waited a whole week and the next test I took was overwhelmingly positive.

It's possible you ovulated late and your body picked up the signals in time for your period not to start but you haven't quite got the right levels of HCG in your urine yet. It's also possible that you ovulated too late and are now miscarrying. Are your periods always very regular? How old are you (if you don't mind the question!)?

Considering you've done two pregnancy tests and they're both negative, surely this is just a late period and neither implantation or a miscarriage?
Very strange to think you're having a miscarriage without having a positive pregnancy test.

im sorry but doesnt sound like pregnancy to me, 2 months before i convinced i was a week late on my period, pinkish liquid and negative tests. Then i suddenly had a really heavy period, could be that i did conceive and lost the baby very quickly, but if youre a week late and still having neg tests i would assume you are not pregnant unfortunately.

But i am definitely NOT a doctor lol so just try keep an open mind until you see the doc please xx

If your tests ar negative then the bleeding will most likely be your period.

im 25, my previous pregnancy had negative tests till i was 9 weeks with only evening sickness as a symptom , 2 years ago.

My cycles are on time and 'did the deed' at the right times etc periods are always on time.

i have had a full feeling for the last 4 days and sore boobs for just over a week and hot/sweaty flushes alot.

Bleeding now seems to be slowing down/Stopping......a little confused.

Sounds like your period OP, nothing more. Good luck for next cycle! Do not think you'll be successful every cycle... took me 19 to finally fall pregnant. X
