At 4 weeks tested positive then 2 days later started bleeding, tested a week later and negative test however still experiencing pregnancy symptoms. Anyone else had the same and turned out to still be pregnant?

Have you tested again?

No not yet - scared too as had a previous miscarriage 2 months ago and hoping that I am still pregnant this time

Could you have conceived this month after the chemical? If you had a negative test it would seem unlikely that you are still pregnant but if you are 4 days late for your next period then possible that you conceived again?
Only way to find out is to do a test I'm afraid, otherwise we are all just guessing. Good luck.

Did you see a Dr or someone about your bleeding. I only ask because bleeding can be caused by a number of things, not just miscarriage so you could still be pregnant. However if you have miscarried, your symptoms could be caused by retained tissues and it needs to be looked into as it can cause infections ect
FX that you are still pregnant

Sorry posted to soon
FX that you are still pregnant or you have conceived straight away after MC. But you really need to test and possibly see your GP

Did another test and negative. Guess my periods just late because of the chemical pregnancy and my body is playing tricks on my mind

That does sound like the most likely explanation sorry but you can always test again in a few days if you still feel the same. Your hormones could be a bit up and down which is causing symptoms and a lack of AF.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought that the bleed from a chemical pregnancy effectively forms your period for that month, as it's the tissue etc in your uterus coming out. If you had a positive test, then a bleed, then a negative test, I'm sorry but it sounds like you are not pregnant any more.
