Implantation bleeding or period after d and c

It's been 5 weeks since my d and c and I have started bleeding which I originally assumed was my AF but it is so light and not at all like my usual periods which are usually very heavy. Is it just because of the procedure or is this likely to be implantation bleeding?

My first periods after my D&C were weird too. They were light spotting to begin with but suddenly turned heavy a few days later which isn’t normal for me. Lasted about a week as well, again not normal for me. It really does throw everything out of whack.

If you think you could be pregnant though, take a test.
