Cramps

Hi all. This weekend I have had 3 positive pregnancy tests! However, I took them before a missed period (due today) as I was feeling quite nauseous. Today I am experiencing period like cramps. At the most it would be 3 weeks since conception so I know that it's early days. Did anyone else have cramps? Did it all turn out alright? I guess I'm worried about an early miscarriage, that I wouldn't have known about if I didn't test early. Thanks in advance.

Cramps would seem pretty normal. The professionals say they should stay quite mild and not intensify like really bad period cramps. Also if you had your period roughly 2 weeks before you conceived, that would make you 5 weeks pregnant. At 5 weeks I'd say cramps are normal

I had period cramps constantly in early pregnancy. I was convinced I must have been miscarrying on several occasions but thankfully it seems those pains are normal - am feeding my 4 day old DS as we speak.

Aw, thank you for your replies...it's definitely helped. This will be my first pregnancy so lots of unknown!! :)
