Please help me work this out.

Okay, I had a normal, heavy period, right on time, on the 11th of may. It lasted 6 days. On the 9th of may, I did an early detection first response which was negative.

My period finished on 16th of may. On the 23rd of may, I had spotting when I wiped, this lasted 3 days. On the 26th of may, I did a pregnancy test and got a pregnant 1-2 weeks. I had a scan that same day, due to abdominal pain and there was nothing in my womb other than. A thickening. I was told I had either had an early miscarriage or was in the very early stages of pregnancy.

Now, if I did an FRER two days before my period started, it should have been positive, if I am still testing positive now, after a supposed early MC. But it wasn't, it was totally negative.

So I think I am right in thinking this can only be the very early stage of pregnancy as in about 4 weeks pregnant?

I have another scan on Friday so hopefully will know for sure then but I'm going a bit crazy!

I think like others have said on your other thread you’re just too early for anything to be seen on scan. If you’re still testing positive it’s likeky you are pregnant and hopefully next Scan they’ll see my re evidence of that.

I think it’s unus for them to see much before the 5/6 week mark on a scan and even then it’s very little!

Pregnancy tests can tell you Positive or negative but that is about it, stronger lines, fainter lines etc. Are not good indicators of how well a pregnancy is progressing especially using different types of tests as so many factors such as time of day, how diluted your urine is etc. Can affect the result. I think like everyone else has said on your other post it is far too early to see anything on a scan I was 6 weeks before they could see anything with an internal scan but I am now 35 weeks pregnant and everything was fine. I know it's hard but all you can do is wait and see. Try to do some other things to distract yourself or you are just going to drive yourself crazy.

The reason I started this one was because I had forgotten about the test I did before my last AF, which as it was negative, I think means this must be early pregnancy and not a missed miscarriage that is suspected.

My Flo app says today would be the first day of week 3. My HCG levels on Saturday were 45. The nurse who told me on the phone today, said it was very low and did not look good.

Hi congratulations ladies I found out last Monday that me and my husband are pregnant confirmed by the doctor's on the Tuesday 😁 ekk I'm so excited I only can off the pill the 18th April and I had what I think was a period starting the 9th may but I guess could of been a withdrawal bleed as I'm shocked I had a positive test result so early on. So I have no idea how many week pregnant I am it could be 6 good be 3 🙈 can anyone help with this???
