Severe ligament pain

I'm 22 weeks pregnant and have had ligament pain at the bottom of my belly nearly from the start of my pregnancy. My GP says it's because this is my 4th pregnancy so my body immediately relaxed into pregnancy mode as the body 'remembers' what it's supposed to do.

As my pregnancy has progressed the ligament pain is getting worse and is really painful. If I stand up too quickly or turn over in bed it feels like I've been stabbed or like something has ripped inside me. I'm not exaggerating when I say how painful it is.

My worry is as I get bigger the pain will get worse :(

Anyone been through this? Any tips on how to prevent the pain or at least ease it?

Currently 9 weeks and getting this nearly every time I sneeze and I have really bad hayfever at the moment :(

This is my first pregnancy as well so not sure what my excuse is. My midwife said it's probably because everything has shifted inside me...

Since it's just when I sneeze right now it helps to prepare and I usually sit up and cradle my stomach which seems to help. I know the pain😩
