Best Nursing bras and pajamas

Does anyone know where i can get some good quality nursing bras and nursing pyjamas ? Not even sure what size my breasts are at the moment or whether they'll go up and down in size as i breastfeed each time never occurred to me till today that you need special bras and pyjamas 😂

I liked the h and m nursing bras so have rebougjt this time round for DC2

However nursing pjs were a waste of money and I’ve just bought nighties which button down or strapped cami types where boob access’s is easy.

I’d recommend buying a few sleep bras or comfy sports bras for night time to hold your breast pads while your supply settles. Nothing worse than waking up sweaty and in pools of milk

I wouldn't bother with pyjamas. If you're in bed you'll just whip your top up anyway as there's no need to be discrete!

M&S are good for bras, brastop and Mothercare have good selection too. I only bought 2 to alternate in pregnancy then ordered another 2 in bigger size once my milk came in. I wouldn't go mad buying loads cause they are expensive! I would suggest getting some cheap ones to wear in bed at the start as you'll need to wear breast pads all the time at the beginning and you won't want to wear your expensive ones all day every day.

How do you figure out what size you need ? And does your size change with each feed as your breasts empty and refill ?

How many weeks are you? I’m sure the ones I got from h and m were clothes sized rather than boob size. They are stretchy non padded ones so can accommodate multiple sizes

Im 32 weeks

Are the stretchy cloth ones supportive enough ? I'm a 48GG in my usual size so i usually wear underwired and padded bras

Get measured - M&S offer a free measuring service! I think the advice is to get it done at the end of each trimester or thereabouts.

God not M&S they measured me all wrong last time i just do it myself now with an online calculator
