Preeclampsia questions?

So I’m 28 weeks today and been having some issues and super worried.
I’ve had itchy hands and feet. Swelling of hands and feet and face. Protein in my urine and many many other signs of preeclampsia. I had bloods and urine tests done on Tuesday and so far all fine except they need to test tuesdays bloods again for bial something as wasn’t requested.
I’ve been feeling movements

My midwife called to say I should be checked but when calling maternity unit they said as I’m feeling movement and my tests so far are all fine I don’t really need to go in.
I’m worrying more the more I’m reading about signs and symptoms of preeclampsia as I have pretty much all of the symptoms.
I’m feeling baby moving just fine. My question is what do I do?
I’ll be receiving the rest of the tests results tomorrow.
Shall I call maternity unit and let them know I’m worried even though they told me not to worry? Shall I wait for results tomorrow?

The itching isn’t pre eclampsia. What other symptoms do you have? How many + is your protein, what’s your BP? Nothing you’ve written is shouting pre eclampsia to me tbh

If your blood pressure and bloods are normal you do not have pre-eclampsia. Signs to look out for are : swelling not related to standing up all day or hot weather so particularly of face/ severe headache not relieved by paracetamol/severe epigastric pain (under ribs) which is not indigestion or being kicked by baby especially with nausea and vomiting/visual disturbances. If you also have blood pressure above 150/100 and more than one plus of protein in your urine then you should be seen to have bloods and another urine test (which I think you have already had?)

High BP and protein in urine have to be there for it to be preeclampsia. The other symptoms mean nothing without those signs

The bile acids test is to look for obstetric cholestasis, which causes itchy skin in pregnancy and is i vaguely recall due to liver function problems. I know not easy but try and remain as calm as possible, if they were worried for your health immediately or that of the baby they would have admitted you. Get your blood test on Tues and in the meantime try to relax and don't Google stuff.
