I've taken a pregnancy test this morning after being 2 days late for my period and it's come back positive. I'm on implanon and it's not due out until 2018, has this happened to anyone else? What do I do now? Is it safe? I'm going to keep this baby I'm just hoping someone can tell me it's going to be alright

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I'm not 100% sure, but I would think you need your implant out ASAP. I would call the doctor/clinic where it was inserted.

You will probably need the implant taken out. Ring the Doctors, they will tell you what to do.

I got pregnant on the implant too op. They weren't in any rush to get it out tbh, they did it when they next had a spot. Just tell your gp and they'll sort it Smile

they've booked me in to get it out tomorrow, definitely can't deny the 2 lines on the tests though :)
