Is it safe to use vagisil or canesten when pregnant ?

Called the pharmacy they were no help and can't get a doctors appointment at all this week what am I allowed to use that's safe? And you know is 100% safe please

I used canesten multiple times with my last pregnancy. You can use the cream but not the oral tablet according to my midwife.

I was prescribed the pessary a few times during my pregnancies, also the cream. The pessary is safe but you can't use the applicator in pregnancy.

I've been using both. My doc said candesten is absolutely fine. I haven't asked about vagisil.
