was scanned yday and it appears my midwife's tape measure must be a bit shite
baby is big, but nothing like was being suggested by the fundal height recorded by the mw. yday i was 30+4, and the head and tummy were both measuring 34+somthing, which puts him on the 97th centile
head down, normal vol of amniotic fluid
so - pretty much a lot of fuss over not very much. they'll scan me again in a month, just to keep an eye on growth
am still slightly concerned about delivering that head, but we'll cross that bridge another day...
