3wks early with first child how likely is it i will go into early labour

with second child. My hubby is away around the birth so trying to plan ahead as he wants to come home before. My mum never went fulterm with either of her pregnancies.I also had pre-eclampsia in my first pregnancy.

i had pre-eclampsia with all 4, mine were born @ 38wks, 39 wks, 35 wks,& 38wks

ditto - pre-eclampsia with firt born at 36-37 weeks according to hospital, 35 weeks on my calculations, didn't have pre-eclampsia with second but she was born at 37-38 weeks and was a decent weight.

a friend of mine was 3 weeks early with her first, but 2 weeks late with her second

my god all four lolly did you get admitted to hospital or was it not so bad after the first.

5 weeks early with ds1
8 weeks early with ds 2

was told to prepare for 10 weeks early with dd and she came bang on due date

was admitted with all four - luckily didnt have to stay for long before babies arrived. i had it pretty easy tho compared to some of the women on the ward
