I'm 10+6 today.
TMI been constipated for a while. I do have piles. I went for a number 2 around 8pm. Wiped and there was no blood, piles felt fine. Decided to try again before bed, no straining, just sat there for a few minutes. Got up to wipe and noticed blood in the toilet basin.. wiped my bum and blood there but also blood my front end too.. I used wet wipes for my bottom and a separate sheet for my bits so definitely different patches of blood. I'm now cramping but don't know if it's in my head..
