Pregnancy cramps

Has anyone had cramps a little more painful than period ones during their first trimester? I'm about 7 weeks and the cramps are quite bad! No bleeding or anything, has anyone else had this?

I had bad cramps in first trimester... Worse than in second and so far in 3rd trimester. Felt like a stabbing pain sometimes too, was really horrible. Apparently it's the ligament to the uterus stretching...!

I'm about 6 weeks, been cramping for a couple of weeks now. Some days I feel like I've done too much as the cramping feels a little worse, I feel like I'm on my period but there's been no bleeding at all. It's a very strange sensation but apparently it's quite normal.

I got this and found if I drank some water and sat down for 10 mins it really helped x
