hi ladies, fist post on mumsnet and I'm looking for some advice pleace. On my first ultrasound (first baby) the doctor noticed a large fibroid (6.5cm×5.5) and 2 smaller ones. He said that they're not going to harm growth of the baby but might put pressure on my intestines.
He didn't schedule any additional tests/ultrasounds apart from the normal 20th week one, which doesn't make me feel very comfortable..
If you had fibroids did the doctors monitor you more often?
Did you have a cc or is there a chance for a natural birth?
Apparently there is a drug that shinks fibroids- Esmy anyone tried?
