Period cramps 3rd trimester?

Hello I am 34 weeks pregnant and I usually get a lot of Brixton hicks which has been put down to an irritable uterus. However this morning I randomly began getting period cramping, it’s coming and going very quickly.... baby is moving fine but last night when I went to see I wiped and there was some strange discharge it was clear in colour but it was like snots!! Should I call my midwife?

I would based on how far along you are. BH shouldn't hurt so you may be experiencing very early labour. The discharge could be your mucus plug coming away.

Yes it s quite possible that what you call period cramps = labour pains ....call midwife.
