Nuchal Test 13+6 but bub measuring days ahead

Hi everyone! This is my first post after 4.5y TTC :-)

After lots of faffing we have been given an appointment for our 12w scan / nuchal test when I’m 13+6 (the initial appointment we were given I’d have been 15+1)! We had a private scan a 8 days ago where bub measured 5 days ahead. Will this potentially cause issues at the nuchal test if bub measures over 14w? Is it worth getting a private appointment in this week instead so we’re not so tight on timings?

Also if we’re paying for the nuchal test is it worth forking out for the full harmony test?

I had my nuchal scan done at 13+6. The problem is, the nuchal fold naturally will measure more at that stage than at 12 weeks as it rises every week hence the 13+6 cut off. You may get an increased risk if you are 14 weeks+ that isn’t entirely accurate.
