19 weeks, sickness in evening?

The last two evenings I've felt awful. I was in bed at 8 last night because I felt so ill. My bump is really hurting at the bottom but I think that's where I over did it on Friday. It's the same place it's hurt before so think it's round ligaments, this is 3!

Anyone else? My appetite has gone but I'm making eat so it could be that?

I noticed that if I didn't eat enough at the end of the first trimester I felt sick in the late afternoon.

I would try eating smaller amounts through the day even if you aren't hungry.

I haven't really had 'morning' sickness, mine tends to come in the evening to the point where my head feels like it's going to explode! I feel hungry but physically can not eat anything. I've had so many early nights because of it! It's normal. I have figured that if I have something to eat (bready type of foods like pizza) at about 3/5pm it kind of eases off a bit. Even if I do feel sick still I can be sick and food will actually come up rather than stomach lining and then I feel slightly better.

Sorry for the gross info but that's my way of coping!!! X

Mines exactly the same. It started in the evenings when I was around 6 weeks and became an all day thing until week 13 when it started to taper off. I’m now 16 weeks and have noticed for the past week the nausea has returned in the evening. I totally lose my appetite from about 5pm, it’s awful.
