Hc45 hydrocortisone cream safe during pregnancy?

I'm 30 weeks pregnant and wondering if it's safe to use on inner thighs as have got awful rash and doctor recommends this cream. Anyone else used t? X

If the doctor says its ok, it should be ok. The concern with steroids is they can bring on early labour/miscarriage, but you need a lot before that happens.

My midwife said to avoid hydrocortisone when I asked for what was best 5dealing with irritated skin on bump.

I was prescribed hydrocortisone by a doctor in the maternity unit when I developed pregnancy related dermatitis. Same area as you, cleared it up almost straight away.
