Does anyone know if I'm at risk having been around two dogs that are currently undergoing tests for Parvo? I'm around 12 weeks...

When you had your booking in appointment they ask of past viruses and parvo virus is on there.. So if you find out they have it speak to your midwife, even if they have it there's nothing saying you would catch it. sorry I don't have any answers but don't worry till you know for sure chances are you'll be fine xxx

No, you are absolutely fine. Canine parvovirus is different to the human parvovirus, so you are not at any risk. This NHS site covers the difference between them.

However dog owners can pass the virus on to other animals via their shoes and clothes, so bear that in mind if your dog is unwell. Hopefully he will be fine.
