It's not a really clear picture but it looks positive to me.

PointlessUsername · 16/05/2018 19:09

I have just done another and it's coming up with THREE lines? What does this mean. I am so confused

I think you’re potentially flooding the test.

xLeanne128 · 16/05/2018 19:59

I don't think they're lines just the dye moving across the control window. Try a different brand hope you get the result you want xx

user122 · 16/05/2018 21:06

Another one.. thoughts?

Are u dipping the test into wee or weeing on the test? It looks like there is liquid trapped in there. Maybe try peeing in a cup and dipping the test in for 5 to 10 seconds. Hopefully it will be the result u want

TigerlilyMoon · 16/05/2018 21:28

Yeah that's a positive - I know its a mad thing to ask but if you TRY your hardest to wait and do another test in 2 days I think it will be nice and clear. Whether this is a good surprise or not I wish you all the best for the future babe! X

user122 · 16/05/2018 21:29

I am weeing on the stick. They are only very cheap tests so I have been and bought a clear blue digital and will test in the morning. Very annoying not knowing

Try seeing in a cup and dipping the test in - as it looks like the window is getting flooded and messing up the test

user122 · 16/05/2018 21:33

Thanks so much everyone x

Did u test today ???

Mrstobe90 · 17/05/2018 00:33

They look positive but I'd definitely see what a different brand says

SecretStash · 17/05/2018 06:43

That’s not positive that’s dye run.

user122 · 17/05/2018 06:44

I have just done a clear blue digital and 'not pregnant'... i am so confused and think I have just been misled by the cheap tests :(

BipolarSunset · 17/05/2018 06:45

Good luck op xx

RLOU88 · 17/05/2018 07:00

Clear blue digitals are not as sensitive. I got my “pregnant 1-2” response 2 days after a normal test. Good luck

RLOU88 · 17/05/2018 07:01

That being said, the first tests do look like dye run too. If I were you and you wanted to know for sure I would pick up a FRER.

user122 · 17/05/2018 07:14

I think your right, must have been the dye. Thanks for all your lovely comments though. I will not be buying boots own brand tests again! What a rollercoaster of emotions the last 24hrs have been Sad

OP posts:
SoyDora · 17/05/2018 07:20

I wouldn’t rule yourself out yet,CB digitals are less sensitive. Try a FRER

user122 · 17/05/2018 07:53

I assumed they were most accurate given they are most expensive? I am going to wait and see if I come on over next few days, as I'm currently 5 days late (which is why I've done the tests!) x

OP posts:
RLOU88 · 17/05/2018 07:53

Sorry you have had a shit 24 hours. Buy a FRER for sure as if the boots had been correct, it would show. Rule out the digi x

SoyDora · 17/05/2018 08:01

They are less sensitive, which means they need a higher concentration of HCG in the urine to get a positive result. So will usually show positive later than a FRER for example.

Gregpenguin · 17/05/2018 08:11

When I have been pregnant they have come up like that at first even a few days after my missed period. I have never tracked ovulation it come to the conclusion I must ovulate late as get a negative test even after my missed period and only a fAint line for a few days. BAsically what I’m trying to say is wait a day or 2 and test again

user122 · 17/05/2018 08:18

Okay thank you I will definitely try a FRER if there's no sign of AF in next few days! X
