Aches/pressure low down in pelvis

I'm 22 weeks pregnant and for the last few days have felt something odd going on really low-down in my pelvis. It feels as if the baby is lying very low down, even though it's not - there's quite a lot of pressure there and it feels all sort of heavy, IYSWIM. It also aches though I can't say that it actually hurts. it's not the baby that I'm feeling, as I've felt it kick quite high up whilst still feeling this weight low down. And it's there the whole time, it's not moving about like it would if it were the baby moving. Has anybody else had this?

Sounds like SPD starting up. Talk to your midwife. Don't worry the baby isn't in danger.
